Refund and Order Resolution Policy
We want every order to be handled clearly, fairly, and professionally. Since our products are shipped from international suppliers according to the model, color, and size selected at checkout, all return, refund, replacement, or compensation requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically guaranteed.
Order Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion, which may include replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another suitable solution.
Non-Eligible Cases
We may not be able to approve refunds, returns, replacements, or compensation in the following cases:
- Items that were worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories
- Size, color, or model preferences selected by the customer at checkout
- Change of mind after placing or receiving the order
- Sale, promotional, clearance, or special-order items
- Personal, intimate, hygiene-related, or non-returnable items
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, holidays, or factors outside our control
Sizing and Product Selection
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size charts, colors, and order information before completing the purchase. Differences in screen display, lighting, or personal fit expectations do not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary due to supplier processing, international shipping, customs inspections, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved after review, it will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days from approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
